“槽里黄”刚竹节间短、质地硬、皮壳厚、不易裂、经久耐用,是群众十分欢迎的柄竹之一。过去,这里所需的柄竹都是从外地购进。1967年,我们遵照毛主席“备战、备荒、为人民”的伟大教导,为了自力更生解决农用竹不足的困难,从苏南引进了“槽里黄”刚竹母36株,经过几年的精心培育,业己满园,生长非常茂盛,目前已发展到近2亩地。1972年开始间伐,二年来共生产撑篙6根,铁鎝、钉刨柄85根,锄柄210根。还利用小竹子编织菜篮140只,蚕篇40只,修理脚箩、蚕篇共272只。节约开支400多元,降低了农本,壮大了集体经济,同时也减载了国家负担。在发展“槽里黄”刚竹过程中,我们主要有以下三点体会: “Slot yellow” just bamboo between the short, hard texture, skin thick, not easy to crack, durable, is one of the popular bamboo handle.
