一、导向芯套形式和结构1.形式拉削键槽的导向芯套一般有三种形式。图1a所示的芯套是通过三个螺栓将芯套紧固在机床(或花盘)上,能支持重的工件。图1b所示的芯套仅用一个螺钉来限制芯套的移动和转动,适用于中型工件。图1c所示芯套,适用于拉削较轻的工件。芯套安装在机床(或花盆)上,依靠相互配合的摩擦力来防止芯套的旋转和移动。2.确定芯套最薄部分尺寸如图3所示。芯套最薄部分的尺寸a受其强度的限制。在拉刀设计时,它第一齿的最大高度根据工件孔径和导向套尺寸a来确定,而尺寸a必须符合下式。
First, the guide core sleeve form and structure 1. Form broaching keyway guide core sleeve generally has three forms. The core sleeve shown in Figure 1a is a three-bolt fastening of the core sleeve to a machine tool (or a faceplate) to support heavy workpieces. The bushing shown in Figure 1b uses only one screw to limit the movement and rotation of the bushing and is suitable for medium-sized workpieces. Figure 1c shows the core sleeve, suitable for broaching lighter workpieces. The core sleeve is mounted on a machine tool (or flowerpot) and relies on mutual friction to prevent rotation and movement of the core sleeve. 2. Determine the core part of the thinnest part of the size shown in Figure 3. The dimension a of the thinnest part of the sleeve is limited by its strength. In the broach design, the maximum height of its first tooth is determined by the diameter of the workpiece and the size a of the guide sleeve, and the size a must satisfy the following formula.
