目的:通过对十堰市首次从食品中检出的霍乱弧菌的分离及鉴定,了解其分离株的病原生物学特性和毒力特征,从而为我市今后及早做好霍乱的防控工作提供依据。方法:采集十堰市区农贸市场冻基尾虾、猪肉、鸡肉等食品及十堰市区外环境污水等样品,进行霍乱弧菌的分离、生化及血清学鉴定,血清学诊断符合O1群霍乱弧菌者,以PCR方法,对其菌株进行毒力基因检测。结果:在52份样本中首次从冻基尾虾和生鲜猪肉样本里检出2株O1群霍乱弧菌小川型,总检出率为3.8%。毒力基因检测表明,2株霍乱弧菌均未检出ctxA和tcpA、zot、ace基因。结论:该次食品中检出的霍乱菌株均为非产毒株,但仍需加强监测,预防霍乱产毒株和流行株的出现而导致的霍乱散发和暴发流行。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the pathogenic biological characteristics and virulence characteristics of Vibrio cholerae isolated from foodstuffs for the first time in Shiyan City, so as to provide a basis for prevention and control of cholera in our city in the future . Methods: Frozen piscivorous shrimp, pork, chicken and other foodstuffs were collected from the farmer’s market of Shiyan city and samples of environmental sewage outside Shiyan city were collected for Vibrio cholerae isolation, biochemical and serological identification. The serodiagnosis was consistent with Vibrio cholerae O1 The PCR method was used to detect the virulence genes of the strains. Results: Two strains of Vibrio cholera O1 O1 were detected in 52 samples for the first time from frozen-thawed prawn and raw pork samples, with a total detection rate of 3.8%. Virulence gene test showed that two strains of V. cholerae did not detect ctxA and tcpA, zot, ace genes. Conclusion: All the cholera strains detected in the food are non-virus-producing strains. However, monitoring and prevention of cholera outbreak and outbreak caused by cholera toxigenic strains and epidemic strains still need to be strengthened.
