目的:测量不同外部激励下健康上颌前牙的振动频率,分析外部激励大小对上颌前牙牙齿振动频率的影响,为上颌前牙牙齿振动频率的测定提供校正曲线。方法:运用牙齿振动频率测试系统对临床20名志愿者的50颗健康上颌前牙进行不同外部激励下牙齿振动频率的测定,分析外部激励大小与上颌前牙振动频率的相关关系。结果:在不超过20 N的可耐受外部激励下,正常上颌前牙的振动频率介于580 Hz~830 Hz之间,消除加速度传感器附加质量影响后振动频率为632 Hz~904 Hz。统计分析得出,在可耐受外部激励范围内,上颌前牙振动频率与外激励呈显著正相关(r=0.944,P<0.01)。随着外部激励的增大,上颌前牙的振动频率呈线性增大趋势。结论:振动频率与外激励的关系曲线可以作为上颌前牙振动频率测定后的校正曲线。校正后的牙齿振动频率可以作为反映牙周组织健康状况的参考指标。
OBJECTIVE: To measure the vibration frequencies of the anterior mandibular anterior teeth under different external stimuli, and to analyze the influence of the external excitation on the vibration frequency of the anterior teeth of the maxillary anterior teeth, so as to provide a calibration curve for measuring the vibrational frequency of the maxillary anterior teeth. Methods: The tooth vibration frequency of 50 healthy maxillary anterior teeth of 20 volunteers was measured with the tooth vibration frequency test system. The correlation between the external excitation and the vibration frequency of the maxillary anterior teeth was analyzed. Results: The vibrational frequency of normal maxillary anterior teeth was within the range of 580 Hz ~ 830 Hz under the excitable external excitation of no more than 20 N. The vibration frequency was 632 Hz ~ 904 Hz after eliminating the additional mass of acceleration sensor. Statistical analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation (r = 0.944, P <0.01) between the maxillary anterior teeth vibration frequency and external excitation within the tolerable external excitation range. With the increase of external stimuli, the vibration frequency of maxillary anterior teeth showed a linear increase trend. Conclusion: The relationship between vibration frequency and external excitation curve can be used as the calibration curve of the maxillary anterior teeth vibration frequency measurement. The corrected tooth vibration frequency can be used as a reference index to reflect the periodontal tissue health status.
