为贯彻落实《中共中央关于国有企业改革和发展若干重大问题的决定》中有关加强企业经营管理者培训的要求精神,结合我省企业经营管理者培训工作的现状,研究探讨了加强企业经营管理者培训工作的思路和对策。“九五”以来,我省企业经营管理者培训工作力度不断加大,广大企业经营管理者的知识水平和经营管理能力明显提高,推动了我省企业的改革和经济的发展。总的来说,有三个特点:一是企业经营管理者的培训摆上了重要位置,培训工作取得进展。各级党组织和企业主管部门把培训作为建设高素质企业经营管理者队伍的一个重要环节来抓,以工商管理培训为重点,坚持国有大中型企业经营管理者定期培训制度,探索建立与现代企业制度相适应的企业培训机制,积极开展企业跨世纪人才和紧缺人才的培训,对提高企业经营管理者素质,促进企业的发展起到了重要作用。二是培训方式灵活多样。主管部门和培训机构根据企业改革与发展对
