野菜,也就是非人工种植的采集天地间灵气、吸取日月精华的蔬菜,是大自然的宝藏之一。野菜有着纯净的品质,是大自然的美妙馈赠,也是人与自然相生相伴的见证。野菜无污染,营养丰富,清新可口,是绝佳的食材之一。同时,很多野菜都具有药用价值。如今野菜不但摆上了高级饭店的餐桌,也成为人们日常的保健食品而备受青睐。野菜的种类很多,通常被人们采摘并食用的少说也有十几种。
