应用放射免疫法检测了74例肺癌患者、76例良性肺病患者血清和支气管肺泡灌洗液中DNA聚合酶水平以及58例正常人血清中DNA聚合酶水平。同时测定了40例肺癌组织和癌旁正常肺组织中DNA聚合酶水平。结果表明,DNA聚合酶在肺癌患者血清及支气管肺泡灌洗液中均升高;血清中DNA聚合酶活性与肺癌的分型无关,与肺癌的分期相关;肺癌组织中DNA聚合酶含量显著高于癌旁组织。
Radioimmunoassay was used to detect DNA polymerase levels in serum and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid in 74 patients with lung cancer, 76 patients with benign lung disease, and DNA polymerase levels in 58 normal controls. At the same time, DNA polymerase levels in 40 lung cancer tissues and adjacent normal lung tissues were measured. The results showed that DNA polymerase was elevated in serum and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid of patients with lung cancer. The activity of DNA polymerase in serum was not associated with lung cancer classification and was related to the staging of lung cancer; the DNA polymerase content in lung cancer tissue was significantly higher than that of lung cancer.
