挤压铝合金时,金属的最大允许流动速度V_(KP)是这样一种速度,超过该速度,会使挤压半成品的表面形成各种各样的缺陷,其中主要的是裂纹V_(KP)值不是评定合金物理性能的常数.该速度的变化范围很宽.影响它的因素有:挤压半成品的尺寸和断面形状、挤压方法、挤压系数、是否润滑和工具结构,等等.但是考虑到铝合金种类对V_(KP)的影响,比上述各种因素的的得多,同时由于它的实际意义,以及对合金组织、化学成份、挤压工艺很敏感,可采用V(KP)评价铝合金的挤压性能.本文从金属学观点来确定影响V(KP)值的因素.
