信息化水平的评价是一个多指标综合评估的过程,日前公布的“国家信息化指标”构成方案中共有20项指标列入统计范围,能否将这些指标科学准确地进行综合,是信息化评价的关键。现将我国的信息化水平划分为五类,并通过人工神经网络建立的模式识别模型,将各地区有关信息化水平指标输入网络模型,得到各地区信息化水平综合指数的输出,定量分析结果和定性分析结果相一致。
The evaluation of informatization level is a multi-index comprehensive assessment process. Recently, a total of 20 indicators of the “national informatization indicators” constitute a statistical program. Whether these indicators can be scientifically and accurately integrated is an informational evaluation key. At present, the level of informatization in our country is divided into five categories. Through the model recognition model established by artificial neural network, the indicators about informatization level in all regions are input to the network model, and the output, quantitative analysis results and Qualitative analysis of the results consistent.
