在备有拉伸装置的扫描电镜下,对用泡沫陶瓷过滤器前后的ZG10Cr18Ni9Ti试样进行拉伸试验,并对其断裂微观过程进行动态观察。结果表明:裂纹总是优先在夹杂物中、夹杂物与金属基体界面上成核,并沿晶界传播、钝化、扩展。最后沿切变方向彼此连接导致撕裂。过滤前后材料中央杂物数量、尺寸不同,断裂结果也不同;过滤后材料中的夹杂物较为细小、弥散,表现出较好的塑性和韧性。断口韧窝细小而深且呈弥散分布。
Tensile test was carried out on the ZG10Cr18Ni9Ti samples before and after using the foam ceramic filter under the scanning electron microscope equipped with a stretching device. The fracture microscopic process was dynamically observed. The results show that the cracks always preferentially nucleate in the inclusions and the interface between the inclusions and the metal matrix, and propagate, passivate and expand along the grain boundaries. Finally, the shear direction connected to each other lead to tearing. Before and after filtering, the number of central sundries, the size and the fracture results were also different. The inclusions in the filtrated materials were relatively small and dispersed, showing good ductility and toughness. Broken dimples are small and deep and are diffusely distributed.
