[目的]调查低年级专科护生专业承诺现状,分析其影响因素,为护理教育提供参考依据。[方法]采用护理专业承诺量表对四川省3所高校458名低年级专科护生进行调查。[结果]低年级专科护生专业承诺总分为(83.18±13.73)分,条目均分为(2.45±0.40)分,其中专业价值认同条目均分最高,为(2.86±0.58)分;专业正向评价条目均分最低,为(2.13±0.38)分。单因素分析显示:低年级护生专业承诺在性别、年级、生源地、民族及就读原因方面得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),年龄、是否为独生子女、家庭人均收入、学费来源及生活费来源得分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。多元逐步线性回归分析显示:民族、就读原因、性别、年级及生源地对低年级护生护理专业承诺有预测作用。[结论]低年级专科护生专业承诺水平受多因素影响,应加强护生专业承诺水平的影响因素研究,为专业教育提供参考依据。
[Objective] To investigate the status quo of junior professional nursing students’ professional commitment in lower grades, analyze the influencing factors and provide reference for nursing education. [Methods] With the Nursing Professional Commitment Scale, 458 junior nursing students in 3 universities in Sichuan Province were investigated. [Results] The total score of professional commitment for junior nursing students was (83.18 ± 13.73) points, and the items were all divided into (2.45 ± 0.40) points, of which the professional average scores were the highest (2.86 ± 0.58) The lowest score for evaluation items was (2.13 ± 0.38) points. Univariate analysis showed that there was significant difference (P <0.01) in the scores of sex, grade, place of origin, ethnicity and the reasons for admission to junior professional nursing students, the age, the only child, the per capita income of family, the source of tuition There was no significant difference in the scores of living expenses source (P> 0.05). Multivariate stepwise linear regression analysis showed that ethnicity, reasons for attendance, gender, grade and source of health have a predictive effect on the professional commitment to nursing care in lower grades. [Conclusion] The level of junior professional nursing students’ professional commitment is influenced by many factors. The influencing factors of professional level of nursing students should be strengthened to provide reference for professional education.
