目的研究咽一方对二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀及醋酸所致腹腔毛细血管通透性的影响。方法采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀法观察咽一方对耳廓肿胀的抑制率,小鼠尾静脉注射伊文斯蓝,腹腔注射醋酸造模,测定吸光度。结果咽一方具有能显著抑制二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀、醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性的作用。结论咽一方具有较强的抗炎作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Yan Fang on the swelling of ear induced by xylene in mice and the peritoneal capillary permeability induced by acetic acid. Methods Xylene-induced mouse ear swelling was used to observe the inhibitory effect of swallow on the auricle swelling. The mice were injected with Evans blue through the tail vein and injected intraperitoneally with acetic acid to determine the absorbance. The results of pharyngeal a party can significantly inhibit xylene-induced ear swelling in mice, acetic acid induced peritoneal capillary permeability in mice. Conclusion Pharyngeal side has a strong anti-inflammatory effect.
