从事食用菌菌种生产经营的单位和个人,应当取得《食用菌菌种生产经营许可证》;仅从事栽培种经营的单位和个人,可以不办理《食用菌菌种生产经营许可证》,但经营者应具备菌种相关知识以及相应的菌种储藏设备和场所,并报县级人民政府农业行政主管部门备案。《母种和原种食用菌菌种生产经营许可证》由当事人所在地县级人民政府农业行政主管部门审核,省级人民政府农业行政主管部门核发,报农业部备案。《栽培种食用菌菌种生产经营许可
