以山海关污水管网一期某污水管道实际工程为例,介绍了高透水地质条件下的顶管施工技术。施工中采用超前小导管注浆固化土体,达到了超前加固围岩和止水的目的;同时边顶进边灌膨润土泥浆,有效减小了顶管的顶进摩阻力;在管道顶进施工结束后,再用水泥与粉煤灰配比浆液对触变泥浆进行置换,以防路基沉陷。采用上述施工技术取得了良好效果,可供相关工程参考借鉴。
