在HNO_3介质中,有乙醇存在下,以Fe~(3+)—SCN~-—OP体系测定唾液中SCN~-,可以较客观地反映由于吸烟及其它途径进入人体内的氰化物水平。方法的相对标准偏差为1.9%~5.1%,样品加标回收率为92%~109%。0~100μgSCN~-/10ml符合比尔定律,ε′=4.5×10~3L·mol~(_-1)·cm~(-1),最低检出量为1.28tμg。络合物的颜色可稳定8h。测定样品获得了满意的结果。
In HNO_3 media, the presence of ethanol in the presence of Fe ~ (3 +) - SCN ~ - OP system in saliva SCN ~ - can more objectively reflect the smoking and other ways into the body of cyanide levels.
