以黄冠梨为试材,3年试验研究结果表明:通过垄栽沟灌和台栽沟灌整地方式,减少了嫁接口被土掩埋和被水浸泡的频率,创造了适宜梨树生长的环境,切断了梨树黑胫病传播的基本条件;采用萌条桥接技术与刮伤抹药措施相互配合,有效减少了病菌感染,在一定程度上控制了病斑扩展的速度。在生产中结合垄栽沟灌和台栽沟灌2种整地方式,辅以萌条桥接技术与刮伤抹药措施相互配合,可有效解决武威市梨树黑胫病的发生与传播。
