根据笔者近三年来的调查了解,认为:目前幼儿园体育教学普遍存在以下几个问题,而解决这些问题的关键,则在于提高幼儿师范体育教学的质量。一、教师的体育素质。多数幼儿教师(包括幼师毕业生)体育素质较差,直接影响了教学效果。例如教幼儿学习“兔跳”、“蛙跳”一类动作,由于教师弹跳力差,示范时跳得不够轻松自然,甚至笨拙,所模仿的形象就不够逼真。再例如,教徒手操中“两臂上举”的动作,对中、大班幼儿的要求应做到两臂上举至平行的水准(这是幼儿不难做到的),而教师由于肩关节柔韧性较差,所做动作往往不到位。
