“城镇化”是世界经济社会发展的必然趋势,是我国改革开放的近期目标,也是让广大农村人民群众共享改革发展成果,全面建成小康社会的重要步骤。但与此同时,我们应该深刻认识到,在“城镇化”建设发展初期,必然会对城乡居民生产生活带来多层面的正负作用。本文重点就“城镇化”建设对中小城市房地产市场的影响作一探讨。
“Urbanization ” is the inevitable trend of economic and social development in the world, the immediate goal of China’s reform and opening up, and an important step for the broad masses of rural people in sharing the fruits of reform and development and building a well-off society in an all-round way. However, at the same time, we should profoundly realize that in the initial stage of the development of “urbanization”, it will inevitably bring about a multi-dimensional positive and negative effect on the production and living of urban and rural residents. This article focuses on the “Urbanization ” building on the impact of the real estate market in small and medium cities to make a discussion.
