法律诊所以其个性化的的教育方式及突出的教育效果被引入我国法学教育领域之后,一直未能很好地被各高校法学教育持续地、普遍地采用及推广。而独立学院作为新的办学层次及机构,凭借其独特的办学定位及灵活的教学体制,可与法律诊所教育模式有效融合,这样既可保留诊所式教育的优势,又可助推法学教育教改工作的突破。以独立学院《婚姻家庭法》课程为例,展开对法律诊所在独立学院建立之思考。
Legal clinics, after being introduced into the field of law education in our country with its personalized education and outstanding educational effects, have not been well and consistently adopted and popularized by law and education in all universities. Independent college, as a new educational level and institution, can be effectively integrated with legal clinic education mode by virtue of its unique positioning of running a school and flexible teaching system. This not only retains the advantages of clinic education, but also promotes the reform of law education Breakthrough. Taking the course of “Marriage and Family Law” of Independent College as an example, this article starts with the thinking of establishing legal clinics in independent colleges.
