Secondary vocational students, mostly aged 14 to 18, are at the juncture of minors and adults and have a long period of conflict between their desire to be recognized as mature and their unhealthy psychology and physiology. As a result, they have many shortcomings and bad habits. Except for the influence of social environment and family education, these habits are related to the students’ potentialities in their own conduct. As a class teacher, I often encounter students are wayward, stubborn, do not listen to the advice of the incident, which results in backwardness, into poor students. I used to use the class rules before strictly every student, to deal with such incidents that are decisive, determined, without leaving sequelae. But to
