目的:探讨MSCT三维重建在第5腰椎横突肥大综合征的应用。方法:对73例第5腰椎横突肥大综合征患者进行螺旋程序容积扫描,通过工作站,模拟传统单层CT椎间盘平面扫描、多平面MPR和三维容积再现重建分析。结果:第5腰椎横突肥大68例,第5腰椎横突与骶髂骨间距变小52例,合并假关节35例,腰椎侧弯并横突与骶骨间距变窄5例。结论:MSCT三维重建,除了显示椎间盘、骨性椎管及小关节情况,同时可直观显示第5腰椎横突的宽度和厚度、横突与骶髂骨间的距离以及假关节形成与否,为临床确诊并采取合理治疗方案提供有价值的影像学依据。
Objective: To investigate the application of three-dimensional reconstruction of MSCT in the fifth lumbar transverse process hypertrophy syndrome. Methods: Seventy-three patients with the fifth lumbar transverse process hypertrophy were screened by spiral program, and the workstation was used to simulate the traditional single-slice CT disc reconstruction, multiplanar MPR and three-dimensional volume reconstruction reconstruction. Results: The fifth lumbar transverse process hypertrophy in 68 cases, the fifth lumbar transverse process and sacroiliac spacing decreased in 52 cases, with pseudarthrosis in 35 cases, lumbar scoliosis and transverse sacral distance narrowing in 5 cases. Conclusion: MSCT 3D reconstruction, in addition to showing the disc, bony spinal canal and facet joint, visualization of the width and thickness of the fifth lumbar transverse process, the distance between the transverse process and sacroiliac and the formation of pseudarthrosis Clinical diagnosis and reasonable treatment programs to provide valuable evidence of imaging.
