专业课程体系的设置和教学内容的安排必须以社会需求为导向,以人才培养目标为准绳。但因人才培养目标定位不准确,现有高校课程体系与教学内容存在着理论与实践相脱节、与人才培养目标相脱节等诸多问题。高校经济学本科专业应当以应用型人才培养为主体目标,坚持“理论精深,训练有素,操作专熟,应用突出”的原则,合理设计课程模块和课程结构;按照“通识教育”“专业教育”和“实践教育”三个阶段与“先理论、后实验,再实践,进而拓展与提升”的顺序,分阶段、模块化地安排人才培养进程,突出对学生实践能力和综合素质的培养。
