The main ingredients of wood are the cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin that make up the wood cell wall and intercellular layer. Hitherto it has been assumed that cellulose composed of cellulose molecules is constructed by layering fibrils or microfibers in layers surrounded by materials such as hemicellulose, lignin and water. X-ray studies show that cellulose is a two-phase system composed of crystalline and amorphous regions. In the crystalline region, the arrangement of cellulose molecules is completely regular and shows a clear X-ray diffraction pattern. The crystalline structure Belonging to the monoclinic system, the structural interval is amorphous, but the crystallization zone and amorphous zone are not obvious
