本研究目的在于阐明穿戴防毒装具活动时,热负荷限度的机体反应特点。29名健康战士在热气候下穿戴防毒装具,以约5km/h 的速度行进,当达到热负荷限度指征为止。共观察55人次。在干球温度/黑球温度(Td/Tg)为31.7~34.3℃/35.9~42.9℃条件下,耐受时间仅30~40min,行程2.3~4.1km 即达热负荷限度。Td、Tg 与各项生理指标增速相关最密切,可认为是评价防化作业时环境热强度的最佳指标,使用其回归方程,可以预测在上述活动条件下的耐受时间。
The purpose of this study is to elucidate the characteristics of the body’s response to heat load limits when wearing protective gear. Thirty-nine health warriors put on their protective gear in a hot climate at a speed of about 5km / h, when the thermal load limit indication is reached. A total of 55 people observed. Under the condition of the dry-bulb temperature / black-ball temperature (Td / Tg) of 31.7-34.3 ° C / 35.9-42.9 ° C, the withstand time is only 30-40 minutes, and the travel 2.3-4.1 km reaches the thermal load limit. Td and Tg are closely related to the growth rate of each physiological index, which can be considered as the best index to evaluate the environmental thermal intensity in the anti-chemical work. Using the regression equation, the tolerance time under the above activities can be predicted.
