以D-氨基半乳糖(Galn)建立Wistar大白鼠暴发性肝衰竭模型,其临床表现,生化和病理改变,随着Galn剂量增加而加重,病死率也增高,24~48小时为最高峰。该模型优于外科方法和其他常用肝坏死剂,它为人工肝辅助装置疗效判断及保肝药物筛选提供了考核条件。
The model of fulminant hepatic failure in Wistar rats was established by D-galactosamine (Galn). The clinical manifestations, biochemical and pathological changes were observed with the increase of Galn dose. The case fatality rate also increased and peaked at 24-48 hours. The model is superior to surgical methods and other commonly used hepatic necrosis agents, it provides a test condition for artificial curative effect of liver aids and liver drug screening.
