本文在回顾胜利油田1974年开展喷射钻井研究试验基础上,总结了1978年推广喷射钻井技术以来的经验教训。认为对胜利油田软到中硬地层,要进一步提高喷射钻井经济效益,首先要把影响钻井速度的关键因素——水力参数放在第一位,根据地层水力指数选择泵型。在提高泵压,增大钻头水马力的同时,要相应地增加钻压和转速,使水力参数与机械参数合理匹配,进而提高破岩、清岩效率。如在井壁稳定、经济可行的原则下,把泵压提高到220公斤/厘米~2,钻头比水马力提高到13马力/英寸~2以上,再配合其它工艺,严格执行钻井措施,钻井速度将会有进一步的突破。
On the basis of reviewing the test of jet drilling conducted by Shengli Oilfield in 1974, this paper summarizes the experiences and lessons learned from the popularization of jet drilling technology in 1978. It is considered that to improve the economic benefit of jet drilling for the soft to medium hard formation in Shengli Oilfield, the key factor that affects the drilling speed, namely the hydraulic parameters, should be placed first, and the pump type should be selected according to the formation hydraulic index. While raising the pump pressure and increasing the bit’s horsepower, it is necessary to increase the weight-on-bit and speed correspondingly so that the hydraulic parameters and the mechanical parameters can be reasonably matched to improve the efficiency of breaking rocks and clearing rocks. If the wellbore is stable and economically feasible, the pump pressure is raised to 220 kg / cm ~ 2 and the bit is raised above 13 hp / h to above 2 horsepower. Combined with other processes, the drilling rigs are strictly implemented and the drilling speed There will be further breakthroughs.
