兴隆庄煤矿1307综放面煤层具有自然发火倾向,属自燃煤层。通过综合分析1307综放面停采前后的防治自然发火整体工作,制定了合理可行的防火方案,并组织落实了卓有成效的相关工作,形成了“以防为主”的处理程序,实现了防灭火工作由被动治理向超前预防的转变,由单一技术向综合防治技术的转变,由传统工艺向新技术的转变。所采取的多手段监测、注胶预处理、大系统大流量压注、端头封堵等防灭火技术,实用性强,工艺先进、成效显著,丰富和升华了综放工作面防治煤层自然发火技术保障措施。
