随着市场竞争日益激烈及现代企业规模拓展需求的逐步加强,资金管理在现代企业发展中的重要性越来越高。资金池作为一种现代化的资金管理工具,在现代企业经营管理中运用也越来越广泛。本文首先简述了资金池管理模式,然后探讨了这样资金管理工作在现代企业经营管理中的应用,并着重分析了企业建立资金池管理模式要考虑的一些问题。
With the increasingly fierce market competition and the increasing demand for the scale expansion of modern enterprises, the importance of fund management in the development of modern enterprises is getting higher and higher. As a modern capital management tool, capital pool is also used more and more widely in modern enterprise management. This article first outlines the management mode of the capital pool, and then discusses the application of such capital management in the modern enterprise management, and emphatically analyzes some problems to be considered when the enterprise establishes the capital pool management mode.
