RNA干扰(RNAi)是由双链RNA(dsRNA)引发的转录后基因静默机制。RNAi具有高效、稳定、特异性强等特点。RNAi为基因和蛋白质学等的研究提供了新的技术和方法,RNAi被发现10年来,在基础研究和临床研究领域已经得到了长足的发展,并且已经初步显示出其巨大的潜力。现主要对介导siRNA方法及RNAi技术在抗肿瘤、抗病毒、功能基因组学、药物筛选和遗传疾病研究等领域中的最新研究进展综述。
RNA interference (RNAi) is a post-transcriptional gene silencing mechanism triggered by double-stranded RNA (dsRNA). RNAi has the characteristics of high efficiency, stability and specificity. RNAi has provided new technologies and methods for the study of genetics and proteomics. RNAi has been found for 10 years and has been greatly developed in the field of basic research and clinical research, and has shown its great potential initially. Nowadays, we mainly introduce the latest research advances in the fields of anti-tumor, anti-virus, functional genomics, drug screening and genetic diseases.
