为探讨新生儿窒息与免疫的关系。我们于1995年5月~1996年7月,对25例窒息新生儿测定了外周血T淋巴细胞亚群,15例测定了血浆免疫球蛋白(Ig)及补休(C3)的变化。结果新生儿窒息后CD4+细胞减少(P<0.01)、CD8+细胞增加(P<0.01),CD4+/CD8+比值降低(P<0.0025),而且重度窒息,患儿CD3+细胞亦明显减少(P<0.05);血浆IgM和C3则明显降低(P<0.01、0.05)。提示窒息缺氧可导致勃生儿免疫功能下降。复苏后上述指标可恢复正常。并对其发生机理及临床意义进行了讨论。
To explore neonatal asphyxia and immune relations. From May 1995 to July 1996, we measured peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets in 25 neonates with asphyxia and 15 patients with changes in plasma immunoglobulin (Ig) and compensatory overtime (C3). Results After neonatal asphyxia, CD4 + cells decreased (P <0.01), CD8 + cells increased (P <0.01), CD4 + / CD8 + decreased (P <0.0025) and severe asphyxia (P <0.05), while plasma IgM and C3 were significantly lower (P <0.01, 0.05). Tips Asphyxia hypoxia can lead to decreased immune function of Bo Sheng children. After the recovery of the above indicators back to normal. And its mechanism of occurrence and clinical significance were discussed.
