用超临界CO_2萃取技术对鬼箭锦鸡儿进行提取,得到浸膏和挥发油两部分。对其挥发油部分采用GC-MS-计算机联用技术进行分析,共分离得到51个成分,其中姜烯含量最高(35.78％),α-雪松醇其次(14.34％)。
Supercritical CO_2 extraction technology was used to extract Caragana japonicus, obtaining extract and volatile oil. The volatile oil was analyzed by GC-MS-computer technology. A total of 51 components were separated, with the highest zingiberene content (35.78%) and α- cetanol (14.34%).
