以黄豆、花生和黑芝麻为试验材料,经0~15kGy剂量辐照处理后,研究ESR波谱特征及信号强度变化,并探讨信号强度与辐照剂量之间的关系。研究结果表明:3种样品辐照前、后的ESR波谱图形有明显的差异,辐照剂量与信号强度有良好的线性关系。ESR信号强度还与样品的种类有关。本研究为建立ESR检测辐照农产品提供方法。
Using soybean, peanut and black sesame as experimental materials, the characteristics and signal intensity of ESR were studied after 0 ~ 15kGy dose irradiation. The relationship between signal intensity and irradiation dose was also studied. The results show that the ESR spectra of the three samples before and after irradiation have obvious differences, and the radiation dose has a good linear relationship with the signal intensity. The ESR signal strength is also related to the type of sample. This study provides a method for establishing ESR for detecting irradiated agricultural products.
