目的 :通过血清E2 、FSH、LH测定及子宫和卵巢形态改变关系的研究 ,探讨特发性中枢性性早熟女孩的特点。方法 :分析了 6 7例特发性中枢性性早熟女孩血清E2 、FSH、LH的变化及子宫和卵巢B超形态学改变 ,并进行直线相关分析。结果 :(1)不同型卵巢的血清LH和E2 值差异有显著性 (p <0 0 1)且呈递增趋势。FSH在三组间无规律性改变。 (2 )子宫大小随成熟度增高而显著增大 ,子宫容积与血清LH、E2 之间显著相关 (p <0 0 0 2 ,0 0 0 1)。 (3)卵巢容积随发育分期增大 ,容积与血清LH、FSH、E2 均不相关。结论 :(1)血清LH和E2 的水平与最大卵泡直径相关 ,而与总容积不相关 ,但最大卵泡直径与LH、E2 及卵巢总容积显著相关 ,从而证实了LH与卵泡发育的关系及E2 的水平主要取决于卵泡发育状态。 (2 )子宫体容积与LH、E2 均相关 ,子宫的发育呈显著的雌激素依赖性。E2 与子宫发育间有密切关系。 (3)血清E2 、LH、FSH测定及子宫和卵巢形态学检查综合判断有助于对中枢性性早熟作出诊断
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the relationship between the morphological changes of uterus and ovary by the serum levels of E2, FSH, LH and the characteristics of girls with idiopathic central precocious puberty. Methods: The changes of serum E2, FSH and LH, and the morphological changes of uterus and ovary B ultrasound in 67 girls with idiopathic central precocious puberty were analyzed and the linear correlation analysis was performed. Results: (1) There was a significant difference (P <0.01) in the serum LH and E2 between different ovaries and the increasing trend. FSH in the three groups without regular changes. (2) Uterine size increased significantly with the increase of maturity, and there was a significant correlation between uterine volume and serum LH and E2 (p <0 0 0 2, 0 0 0 1). (3) Ovarian volume increased with the staging, the volume and serum LH, FSH, E2 are not related. Conclusion: (1) Serum levels of LH and E2 correlate with the maximum follicle diameter, but not with the total volume, but the maximum follicle diameter is significantly correlated with LH, E2 and total ovarian volume, thus confirming the relationship between LH and follicular development and E2 The level depends mainly on follicular development. (2) The body volume of the uterus is correlated with LH and E2, and the development of the uterus is significantly estrogen-dependent. E2 and uterine development are closely related. (3) serum E2, LH, FSH determination and uterine and ovarian morphological examination can help determine the diagnosis of central precocious puberty
