地处闽南山区的安溪县,是福建省的贫困县之一,又是对外开放县。近年来,中共安溪县委、县政府领导非常重视档案工作,切实为档案部门办实事。一是县领导和办公室领导经常过问和关心档案工作。在1986年4月及时调整了县档案工作领导体制,将县档案局、馆划归县人民政府直接领导。由一名县长分管档案工作。二是县编委及时按有关规定确定了局,馆人员编制,同时组织人事部门先后给档案局、馆调配了5名具有较高素质的干部,由原有的3人增到6人。
