机械维修是伴随着机械的诞生而出现的。然而,在直到本世纪五十年代以前的一段长时期里,机械维修始终处于被动的地位。维修技术只是一种技艺;维修管理的范围只限于机械后半生的维修阶段;内容上,技术、经济二者偏重于技术方面;力量小,职能呆板。对于我国来说,直至现在机械维修业仍是小生产式的,有一支庞大而又落后的维修队伍,仅维修用的机床就占全国机床总数的1/3。面对这种情况,如何改革维修体制,发展维修事业,如何建设适合我国国情的维修学科,更好地为社会主义现
Mechanical maintenance came along with the birth of machinery. However, until a long time before the fifties of this century, mechanical maintenance was always in a passive position. Maintenance technology is just a skill; the scope of maintenance management is limited to the maintenance of machinery after the second half of the stage; content, technology and economy both emphasis on technology; power is small, functional dull. For our country, until now, the mechanical maintenance industry is still a small-scale production. There is a large and backward maintenance team. Only the machine tools for maintenance account for one third of the total number of machine tools in the country. Faced with this situation, how to reform the maintenance system and develop the maintenance business, how to build a maintenance discipline that suits our national conditions and better serve the needs of socialism
