本文所用麦冬经初步鉴定为沿阶草 ophiopogon japonicus 的块根麦冬,用其煎剂及水提Ⅰ实验,除有提高耐缺氧,增加冠脉流量外,尚能抑制心肌,减慢心率,降低血压,舒张主动脉条,扩张外周血管,大剂量可加大脉压差等,还似有中枢镇静作用.这些作用与中医麦冬有养阴作用似相符合。其乙醚提取物对离体蛙心有强心作用,大剂量则抑制。但乙醚残留物也有类似作用,只较短暂,可干扰强心成分的提取,值得注意。
The Ophiopogon used in this study was initially identified as Ophiopogon japonicus with its decoction and water extraction experiment I.
