本文包括三部分.在第一部分中用电阻测量、硬度测量及示差热分析的方法研究了CuZr_(43)金属玻璃的结晶动力学,得到了结晶温度、表观活化能的数值及T-T-T图.发现在结晶温度(460℃)以上等温结晶过程表现出两个阶段.第一阶段的活化能Ec≈100千卡/克分子;第二阶段Ec=70千卡/克分子;在结晶温度以下等温实验只显现出第一个阶段的结晶.等速升温条件下的实验证实了上述结果.讨论了由不同方法得到的结果间的差异.指出不同物理性质之变化所代表的已结晶分数不同.
This paper consists of three parts.In the first part, the crystallization kinetics of CuZr_ (43) metallic glass was investigated by means of resistance measurement, hardness measurement and differential thermal analysis, and the values of crystallization temperature, apparent activation energy and TTT were obtained. The isothermal crystallization process above the crystallization temperature (460 ° C) showed two stages, the activation energy Ec in the first stage being ≈ 100 kcal / mol; the second stage Ec = 70 kcal / mol; the isothermal experiment below the crystallization temperature Only showed the first stage of crystallization.An experiment under constant heating rate confirmed the above results and discussed the difference between the results obtained by different methods.It is pointed out that the changes of different physical properties represent the different crystalline fraction.
