对于高校图书馆来说,流通阅览岗位的馆员处于图书馆对读者服务工作的第一线,是服务的前沿窗口。流通工作环境封闭,工作单调、乏味、烦琐,直接影响着馆员情绪的稳定,馆员与读者在借阅过程中出现的矛盾现象时有发生。作为目前最受推崇的管理方法之一,柔性管理已经被广泛应用于各个管理领域。高校图书馆在读者管理工作中实施柔性管理,是必要且可行的。柔性管理的合理运用,可为解决馆员与读者的矛盾找出最佳的对策和方法。
For university libraries, librarians in circulation are at the forefront of library services for readers and serve as frontiers of service. Circulation working environment is closed, the work is monotonous, boring, cumbersome, directly affects the emotional stability of librarians, librarians and readers appear in the process of lending conflicts have occurred. As one of the most respected management methods at present, flexible management has been widely used in various management fields. It is necessary and feasible for university library to implement flexible management in the management of readers.
