社会经济迅猛发展的当今社会,中小企业的数量逐年增加,规模也逐渐扩大,中小企业在我国经济发展中的作用也日趋重要。中小企业不仅在解决就业、拉动内需、创造财富等方面作用显著,更成为衡量区域经济和地方经济发展的重要指标。然而,由于中小企业在产权交易上存在着诸多困难,产生了很多的争议性问题,使得中小企业融资困难,限制了中小企业的发展。
With the rapid social and economic development in our society, the number of SMEs has been increasing year by year and the scale has also gradually been expanded. The role of SMEs in the economic development of our country is also becoming increasingly important. SMEs not only play a significant role in solving employment, stimulating domestic demand and creating wealth, but also become an important indicator for measuring the development of regional economy and local economy. However, due to many difficulties encountered by SMEs in property rights transactions, many controversial issues have arisen that make the SME financing difficult and limit the development of SMEs.
