高职高专院校现如今的艺术设计专业同学们大多数存在着学习能力较差,自主学习能力不足的现象,大多数还习惯着初高中老师追赶学习的教育教学方式,这就制约着高职高专院校艺术设计专业学科建设和发展。我国近几年职业技能大赛的开展,对高职高专院校师生们了解行业、企业岗位需求提供了一个很好的平台。通过参加技能大赛不但提高了同学学习的积极性,也提高了专业教师的实操能力、教学改革、创新创业,使高职高专的教育水平进一步提升。
At present, the majority of art design majors in higher vocational colleges have the phenomenon of poor study ability and lack of independent study ability, and most are still accustomed to the education and teaching methods that junior high school teachers catch up with study, which restricts the high Construction and Development of Art Design Major in Vocational and Technical Colleges. In recent years, the development of vocational skills competitions in our country has provided a good platform for teachers and students in higher vocational colleges to understand the needs of industries and enterprises. Through participation in skills competition, not only improve the enthusiasm of students to learn, but also improve the practical ability of professional teachers, teaching reform, innovation and entrepreneurship, to further enhance the level of vocational education.
