十字花科自交不亲和性的大小关系到杂交制种的纯度和原种的繁殖系数。本试验对表示自交不亲和性大小的自交结实指数的影响因素进行了探讨。结果表明:自交不亲和系植株的花期自交结实指数,随着植株上花枝部位的不同而有差异,一般中、下部的花枝低而稳定,上部的往往偏高且较不稳定。同时自交结实指数也因自交不亲和系植株的营养状况而不同,生长强壮的,其花期自交结实指数较稳定;生长不良的。其自交结实指数不稳定。此外,自交不亲和系植株的自交结实指数也与花龄有关,花蕾期的自交结实指数高,其中以开花前2~4天的花蕾为最高;即将开还未开、初露花冠时,其自交结实指数也较高;开花之后随着逐渐衰败而降低至零。
Cruciferae self-incompatibility of the size of the relationship between the purity of the hybrid seed and the breeding coefficient of the original species. In this study, the factors influencing the self-fertility index of self-incompatibility were discussed. The results showed that the self-crossless inbred lines at the florescence self consolidation index varied with the flowering branches on the plants. Generally, the middle and lower flowering branches were low and stable, while the upper ones were often high and unstable. In the meantime, the self-fertility index was also different due to the nutritional status of self-incompatible plants, and its growth was strong. The self-pollination index of flowering was stable and the growth was poor. Its self-built index is not stable. In addition, the selfing index of self-incompatible plants was also related to the age of flower buds, and the self-pollination index at the bud stage was high, of which the flower buds were the highest 2 to 4 days before flowering; Corolla, its self-actual index is also higher; after flowering decay gradually reduced to zero.
