本文用在体肠袢制备和单向灌流技术探讨了扩张胃对大鼠空肠液体吸收的影响,并分析了其迷走神经机制,结果发现,扩张胃引起空肠液体吸收量增加27%,跨壁电位下降16%;电刺激迷走神经胃前支的中枢端对空肠液体吸收的影响与单纯扩张胃的效果相似;切断迷走神经胃后支或静脉注射阿托品均使扩张胃的效果减弱,但不能完全消除。这些结果提示,扩张胃引起大鼠空肠液体吸收增加,此效应主要是通过迷走神经实现的。
In this study, the effects of dilatation of the stomach on the absorption of liquid in the jejunum of rats were discussed in the preparation of the intestine and the one-way perfusion technique. The mechanism of vagal nerve was analyzed. The results showed that the dilatation of the stomach caused a 27% increase in liquid absorption of the jejunum and a decrease in transmembrane potential 16%; electrical stimulation of the vagus nerve front of the anastomosis of the central cavity of the jejunal fluid absorption and dilatation of the stomach effect is similar; cut off the vagus nerve branch or intravenous injection of atropine are to dilate the stomach to reduce the effect, but can not be completely eliminated. These results suggest that dilatation of the stomach causes increased absorption of liquid in the jejunum of rats, primarily through the vagus nerve.
