为探讨小儿哮喘与呼吸道病毒感染的相关性 ,采用多重逆转录聚合酶链反应 (m_RT_PCR)方法对哮喘发作期、缓解期患儿进行常见呼吸道病毒病原检测。结果显示 ,103例哮喘发作期患儿中 ,明确病原诊断者49例(47.6% ) ;其中RSV占34.7 %(17/49例 ) ,RV65.3%(32/49例 ) ;52例缓解期病人中有8例阳性 ,RSV占25.0%(2/8例 ) ,RV75.0%(6/8例)。两组病原分布具有年龄差异。提示小儿哮喘与呼吸道病毒感染密切相关 ,RSV是3岁以下哮喘患儿的主要诱发因素 ,RV为3岁以上哮喘患儿哮喘急性发作的主要诱因
In order to explore the correlation between pediatric asthma and respiratory virus infection, multiple retrovirus polymerase chain reaction (m_RT_PCR) was used to detect common respiratory virus pathogens in children with asthma attack and remission. The results showed that among the 103 children with asthma attack, 49 cases (47.6%) were identified with pathogen diagnosis, RSV accounted for 34.7% (17/49 cases), RV65.3% (32/49 cases), 52 cases were remission Eight of the patients were positive, RSV accounted for 25.0% (2/8 cases) and RV75.0% (6/8 cases).
