采用了电子显微镜、万能材料试验机、旋流式磨损试验机等手段,对环氧基树脂高分子复 合材料的粘接强度和抗蚀磨损性能进行了综合研究.探讨了材料组分及形态、材料物理性能等因 素对环氧树脂基复合材料冲蚀磨损机理及抗磨性能的影响,研究表明,树脂基复合材料的冲蚀磨 损以表面粒子剥落和开裂剥落为主,材料的抗磨性主要受其内聚力及填料形状和粒度的影响。碳 纤维和雾化铁粉具有较好的增强效果,光滑表面的细粒填料的抗磨效果较好。
Electron microscopy, universal material testing machine, cyclone abrasion testing machine and other means were used to study the bonding strength and corrosion resistance of epoxy resin composites. The effects of material composition, morphology and physical properties on the erosion wear mechanism and wear resistance of epoxy resin matrix composites were discussed. The results show that the erosive wear of resin matrix composites is characterized by surface spalling and spalling as Lord, the abrasion resistance of the material is mainly affected by its cohesion and the shape and size of the filler. Carbon fiber and atomized iron powder has a better enhancement effect, the smooth surface of the fine-grained filler is better anti-wear effect.
