放射卫生标准体系表是以放射性工作中职业人员和广大公众的卫生防护为标准化对象,规定他们在生产或生活中的受照射剂量限值卫生标准,防止射线对人体非随机效应的发生,把随机效应限制在可以接受水平,保护放射工作人员和广大居民的健康与安全,促进原子能事业和射线技术的发展。1 国内外概况国际放射防护委员会(ICRP)建议书,一直是世界各国制订放射卫生标准的重要依据。联合国有关组织如世界卫生组织(WHO)、国际原子能机构(IAEA)以及欧洲经济合作组织核能机构(OECDNEA)等发表的有关辐射防护基本标准、安全规章和报告指南,也多以ICRP建议为基础。自1977年ICRP发表26号出版
