一九七五年,我校给长沙市某单位提供了一个150平方米的煤店场地,并签定了一个房屋属某单位,地基属我校的协议。后来,由于供煤量增大,该单位要求我校另外提供一个新建藕煤厂的场地,并撤销现在的煤店。我校同意将麓山门一块300平方米的仓库屋基地提供给对方新建煤店,又于一九八○年七月签订了《关于“师院”煤店搬迁新建的协议书》。协议书明确规定,新煤店建成投产后,现煤店即行撤销停业,并将房产向校方移交。由于我校经办单位对协议书的凭证作用和法律效力缺乏认识,没有将协议书归入校档案室保存,以致后来造成了一场官
In 1975, our school provided a 150-square-meter coal store to a unit in Changsha and signed an agreement that the house is a unit and the foundation is our school. Later, due to the increase in coal supply, the unit asked our school to provide a separate site for the new coal plant and the cancellation of the existing coal shop. Our school agreed to provide a 300-square-meter warehouse base at Lushan Gate to each other’s newly built coal store and in July 1980 signed the “Agreement on the Newly-built Coal Store Relocation” of the Teachers College.
