一般认为体内清除超氧阴离子的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性(或含量)降低时,血液或组织中脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)增高。为了探讨二者间的关系是否普遍存在,我们进行了健康人和脑血管病患者血浆MDA浓度和红细胞SOD含量(或活性)的测定。
Is generally believed that the body to remove superoxide anion superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity (or content) decreased, the blood or tissue lipid peroxidation product malondialdehyde (MDA) increased. In order to explore whether the relationship between the two is ubiquitous, we measured plasma concentrations of MDA and erythrocyte SOD (or activity) in healthy people and patients with cerebrovascular disease.
