到目前为止,国内外对硬质合金扩孔钻及铰刀的合理使用条件还研究得很不够,这在很大程度上阻碍了它们在生产中的推广使用。本研究课题的目的,就在于企图通过一系列的实验研究,阐明这两类刀具的合理使用条件。 在本篇文章中扼要地报导一下作者对硬质合金扩孔钻及铰刀在加工灰口铸铁时的切创性能研究的成果。文中阐述了刀具的摩损规律并确定了摩钝限度;推荐了硬质合金扩孔钻及铰刀切削部分的合理几何参数;确定了高速扩削及铰削灰口铸铁(硬度НВ195~210)时刀具的耐用度;并导出了计算切削速度的公式。 与研究耐用度的同时,也对用硬质合金扩孔钻及铰刀加工出的孔的精度与光洁度作了鉴定。 为了对扩孔及铰孔的切削力进行研究,专门设计并制造了两相电阻丝测力仪。在实验研究的基础上推导出了计算扩孔及铰孔时切削扭矩及轴向力的公式。 本研究课题的成果可供在生产中推广使用硬质合金扩孔钻及铰刀之用,也可供进一步对孔加工过程进行理论研究的参考。
So far, the domestic and foreign research on the reasonable conditions of use of carbide reaming drills and reamers has not been studied sufficiently, which hinders their extensive use in production to a great extent. The purpose of this research project is to try to pass a series of experimental studies to clarify the rational use of these two types of knives conditions. In this article, we briefly report the results of the study on the incision performance of carbide reamers and reamers in the machining of gray cast iron. In this paper, the rule of tool wear and the limit of friction and ductility are stated. The reasonable geometrical parameters of carbide reaming drill and reamer are recommended. The high-speed broaching and reaming gray cast iron (hardness НВ195 ~ 210) When the tool durability; and derived the formula for calculating the cutting speed. As well as studying the durability, the accuracy and finish of the holes machined with carbide reamers and reamers were also identified. In order to study the cutting force of reaming and reaming, a two-phase resistance wire dynamometer was specially designed and manufactured. Based on the experimental study, the formula for calculating cutting torque and axial force when reaming and reaming is derived. The results of this research project can be used to promote the use of carbide reamers and reamers in production, and can be used as a reference for further theoretical research on the hole machining process.
