智能纠偏是复合材料缠绕成型的关键技术之一,其焦点问题是如何实现布带跑偏量的精确检测控制。在分析布带跑偏机理及纠偏可行性的基础上,针对布带跑偏量检测问题,提出了基于线阵电荷耦合(CCD)的布带边缘检测方法,并对其检测原理进行了分析。在此基础上,建立了智能纠偏控制系统的数学模型,分析了系统的稳定性,并采用Fuzzy-PID(模糊与比例-积分-微分)复合控制对控制系统进行了仿真和纠偏实验。结果表明,Fuzzy-PID复合控制效果明显优于单独的PID控制和Fuzzy控制,完全满足缠绕工艺对布带跑偏量的控制要求。
Intelligent correction is one of the key technologies of composite material winding and forming, the focus of which is how to achieve accurate detection and control of the deviation of the tape and tape. Based on the analysis of the deviation mechanism and the feasibility of deviation correction, aiming at the problem of tape deviation detection, a detection method of tape edge based on linear charge coupled CCD is proposed and its detection principle is analyzed. On this basis, the mathematical model of intelligent correction control system is established, the stability of the system is analyzed, and the simulation and correction experiments of the control system are carried out by Fuzzy-PID (fuzzy and proportional-integral-derivative) composite control. The results show that Fuzzy-PID compound control effect is obviously superior to the single PID control and Fuzzy control, and fully meets the control requirements of the winding process on the deviation of the tape.
