急性中度失血可使麻醉家兔防御升压反应明显增强。切断双侧颈迷走神经和减压神经,防御升压反应无明显改变;静脉注射硝普钠以降低动脉血压至中度失血水平,防御升压反应则有所增加,但无统计意义(P>0.05)。兴奋颈动脉体化学感受器可以使刺激脑中央灰质(PAG)引起的防御升压反应明显增强。用利多卡因阻滞双侧窦神经传入冲动,则使失血后增强的防御升压反应明显降低。以上结果表明,中度急性失血后防御升压反应明显增强,主要是由于失血时外周化学感受器兴奋,易化了防御反应所致。
Acute moderate blood loss can make anesthetized rabbits significantly enhance the antihypertensive response. The bilateral vagus vagus nerve and decompressive nerve were cut off without any significant change in the antihypertensive response. Intravenous injection of sodium nitroprusside reduced the arterial blood pressure to moderate blood loss, while the antihypertensive response increased, but no statistical significance (P> 0.05 ). Excitement of carotid body chemoreceptors can significantly enhance the defense-induced vasopressor response stimulated by brain central gray matter (PAG). With lidocaine block bilateral sinus nerve afferent impulses, the enhanced defensive step-up response after blood loss significantly reduced. The above results show that the moderate acute post-hemorrhage defensive and step-up response was significantly enhanced, mainly due to peripheral chemoreceptor excitability during blood loss, facilitated defensive response.
